CASE STUDY // Caroline Povey
Caroline Povey is a British Shooter. She won a bronze medal in the Women's Trap event at the 2014 Commonwealth Games. I worked with Caroline over two Commonwealth Games cycles, helping her to discover and implement robust mental preparation techniques as well as finding ways to juggle the demands of work, motherhood and elite sport.
"Juliette was a fundamental part of my support team whilst I was an England and Great Britain Clay target shooter. As a working mother I often struggled with the demands placed on me to perform at the highest level whilst being successful in my career and spending enough quality time with my family. Juliette worked with me on time management, mental routines, and making sure that at competitions I was ready to perform at my best. Juliette was pivotal in my success and whilst working together I won numerous British titles, was ranked British number 1 and won a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games. Thank you Juliette"
